Do I need a medical cannabis card to shop here?
We are a retail cannabis dispensary that serves everyone that is 21+ or older and has a valid and current government issued photo ID such as a Driver’s License, Military ID or Passport. If you are 18+ you must have a valid cannabis medical recommendation.
What documents are acceptable forms of Identficiation?
You must present a physical government-issued photo ID card, such as a Driver’s License, Military photo ID or Passport every time you enter our establishment and when ordering via delivery. We can only accept physical ID’s that are completely intact. If your ID is ripped or broken we are unable to accept it per California state regulations and you will need to present a new ID to enter our establishment and when ordering via delivery.
How does the online approval process work?
Once you place your first order, we will verify your identification and documents before delivering your order. You must also present a physical accepted ID (see above) when we deliver to your address. We will contact you via phone if there are any issues with your account.Â
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Cash, Debit Card, Stronghold (Online ACH) and we have an ATM machine available on our retail floor.

Do you accept returns?
Product can not be returned for a credit or a refund once you make your purchase due to adult use regulations set in place by the State of California.

Due to the nature of our industry we our not able to refund your in-store debit card or Stronghold (Online ACH) through your bank and must process the return with exchange for other product in our retail store or cash if there was an error processing your transaction on our end.Â

What is Stronghold?
Treez has integrated Stronghold’s compliant ACH payment solution into our PoS, allowing The Bright Spot to enable Treez Online Pay. ACH payments are electronic bank-to-bank payments, allowing customers to pay directly from their account to a secure merchant.
Do I enter my banking information everytime I pay?
You only have to enter your banking information one time with Stronghold. Your information is stored securely with Stronghold, so the only step to paying for your order is logging in through our secure link. You can always add or switch payment methods as needed.Â
Is my banking information secure?
Yes, absolutely none of our customer’s data is accessible by Treez or The Bright Spot. Treez Online Pay leverages Stronghold’s ACH payment system – Stronghold handles communication with your bank. Stronghold has an excellent track record. They handle payment processing for many industries and ranked #1 high-risk merchant service provider in 2018 and 2019.

Are there fees associated with Stronghold?
There is one flat $3.00 convenience fee that will appear separately on your statement. ACH payments work in the same way as making an ATM withdrawal at an out-of-network bank.
