We are a retail cannabis dispensary that serves everyone that is 21+ or older and has a valid and current government issued photo ID such as a Driver’s License, Military ID or Passport. If you are 18+ you must have a valid cannabis medical recommendation.

You must present a physical government-issued photo ID card, such as a Driver’s License, Military photo ID or Passport every time you enter our establishment and when ordering via delivery. We can only accept physical ID’s that are completely intact. If your ID is ripped or broken we are unable to accept it per California state regulations and you will need to present a new ID to enter our establishment and when ordering via delivery.

Once you place your first order, we will verify your identification and documents before delivering your order. You must also present a physical accepted ID (see above) when we deliver to your address. We will contact you via phone if there are any issues with your account. 

We accept Cash, Debit Card, Stronghold (Online ACH) and we have an ATM machine available on our retail floor.

Due to the nature of our industry we our not able to refund your in-store debit card purchase through your bank and must process the return with an exchange for other product in our retail store or cash if there was an error processing your transaction on our end. 

If you paid using JanePay we will refund via your bank account. If we do encounter any issues refunding via your bank we will exchange for product or return for cash
