Returns
Full 30-Days on all items except special orders. Simply return in original packaging in the same condition as we sent to you. We refund price of merchandise. You pay for return shipping. If item charge included free shipping, returns will be subject to 7% restock fee. This charge will be deducted from customer credit.
All breakage and/or shortages (missing parts) must be reported within 30 days of receipt of goods in order for us to provide replacements free of charge.
If the regular item is defective or broken in shipment we pay for all shipping in the replacement process. If the item is a hard-wired fixture please do not cut the wires until you are sure you want to keep it. We will still take it back if wires are cut, but we will deduct from the refund a rewire fee of up to 15% of purchase price.
Special Orders: Items we do not normally stock but order especially at your request or orders for 8 or more of the same item carried on our website are guaranteed as to the quality and safe delivery, but there are no returns. If there is a quality problem or delivery problem we will send you a replacement of the same item.
On returns of $750.00 or more, we reserve the right to charge a Twenty Percent (20%) restocking fee. Canada, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are shipped via U. S. Postal Service Priority Mail at Extra Cost. We quote postage before shipping.
All returns must be made to 758 Burr Oak Drive, Westmont, IL 60559. (Please note: some items are drop-shipped from the manufacturers, but still must be returned to the 758 Burr Oak Drive address.)
