After a 14 month absence because they could find the right people to make them - Quoizel is back with their all time best selling sconce - Classic Mission - Complete with the famous riddle of triangles. The design is Native American c1770 and discovered by the First American Mission Movement c1900. The triple triangles are a true riddle. Turn picture upside down: some see Christ giving His great sermon, some see Moses parting the Red Sea, some like me see 3 Klingon warships come to populate the Earth or wipe it out. (I tend weird at times.) Whatever, the Native American artists were certainly inspired and mathematically far ahead of their times. The sconce is 100% copper foiled and hand leaded art glass.
